Please note that we do not participate in MediCal except as part of MediCare/MediCal. We do not participate in any HMO Plans.

Vision Plans

We also are providers for the major vision insurance plans. Many of these plans allow for an annual eye exam as well as an annual allowance for contacts and/or spectacles. However, the majority of vision plans do not cover for plano or no-prescription sunglasses. Please contact your vision plan insurance servicer for details about your plan. We participate in the following vision plans:

• Vision Service Plan (VSP)

• TriCare Prime with routine eye exam benefit

• For other insurances with vision benefits, please check with your insurance.

Billing Policy

Patients are responsible for any copayments, deductibles, or services not covered by their insurance plan. We accept various forms of payment, including credit card, debit card, checks, and cash. We encourage timely payments for services rendered. Patients with outstanding balances will be notified by mail, e-mail, or at their next appointment. If the remaining balance remains unpaid, we are willing to work with patients to establish payment arrangements. If the outstanding balance persists beyond a reasonable period, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend non-emergency services until the balance is settled. Emergency services will not be affected by this suspension.
